RBT:

Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings Follow customized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA Accurately collect and record data on client progress Foster strong relationships with clients and their families Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on client success Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe, supportive environment

What We're Looking For:

Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified—we'll help you get there) High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Ability to pass a background check and complete required clearances Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference
