Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by providing top-tier behavioral support in a dynamic educational setting. This contract position seeks an experienced professional certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate with school teams and help enhance student success through data-driven interventions.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans in educational environments strongly preferred Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with functional behavior assessments and progress monitoring Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and design targeted intervention strategies Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide training, coaching, and guidance in implementing behavior plans Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary Lead or participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in behavioral practice This role offers a chance to grow your expertise while positively impacting students and educators.
