In This Role, You Will:

Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups Conduct FBAs and analyze data Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families

What You'll Need:

Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing) 1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses Strong communication and data skills
