At ETS, you're not just providing therapy — you're helping clients build meaningful skills that align with their unique goals and values. Position Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build new skills that improve independence and quality of life. It is okay if you haven't worked as an RBT before, we will provide the training and support you need!
Pre-requisite:
Excellent at having fun, a team mindset, and energetic desire to help kids succeed! Key Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a center-based setting Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress Support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and play skills Manage challenging behaviors using approved behavior intervention strategies Communicate professionally with families and team members Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings Adhere to HIPPA and ethical guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, preferred but not required. Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to pass a background check. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training and ongoing supervision by a BCBA.
