Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Join a compassionate and supportive ABA team that truly values you. UPward ABA is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who are passionate about helping children and families make meaningful progress through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). At UPward ABA, we do things differently. We keep caseloads low, limit direct therapy to 7 hours a day, and provide paid time during your workday to complete client documentation and program updates. Our team collaborates closely to ensure every client's program is reviewed weekly and continuously advancing toward measurable goals. You'll play a vital role in driving client success and supporting families through consistency, care, and quality implementation.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small-group ABA therapy to clients Collect, record, and update behavioral data with accuracy and attention to detail Assist in training and supporting clients, parents, and colleagues Ensure a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment Conduct clinical and clerical tasks as directed by supervisors Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions What We're Looking For Certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree in behavioral health, psychology, education, or a related field RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Prior experience in a behavioral health or ABA setting is highly beneficial Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting Physically able to support clients as needed (lifting, movement, etc.) Basic computer literacy for data collection and program documentation At UPward ABA, you'll be part of a supportive, science-driven community dedicated to excellence — both for our clients and our team.Job Types:
