Collect accurate, ongoing data on client progress and challenging behaviors. Assist with skill acquisition in areas such as communication, daily living, play, social skills, and academics. Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors and teach new skills. Implement proactive and reactive strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors. Support clients across settings (clinic, home, school, community) as directed. Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with the BACB guidelines. Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision sessions with the BCBA. Provide consistent communication and updates to supervising BCBA and, when appropriate, to caregivers. Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
