RESPONSIBILITIES

Located on site at the center serving full-time Maintain the following records: ¨ Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services directly to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disorders ¨ Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan ¨ Implement behavior-reduction plans and individualize instructional programs developed by the supervision Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ¨ Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals ¨ Participate in team meetings and training workshops ¨ Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans. ¨ Ensure that the patient is in a safe and positive environment at all times.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or associates degree in behavioral health or related field. 1 year of experience preferred working with children and/ or adolescents in a care-take, mentoring, therapeutic or teaching capacity. 1 year of experience preferred working with children with behavior problems or medically complex Must be CPR certified Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills, take initiative, are passionate about helping children, and are open to continually learn are the best candidate.
