Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Chapl Behavioral Therapy Ridgeland, MS $13 - $17 per hour Full-Time 32-40 hours per week Part-Time 20-31 hours per week Job Summary Chapl Behavioral Therapy is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Ridgeland, MS. This position involves working one-on-one with children to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client progress Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Attend required trainings and team meetings Qualifications RBT certification preferred, but not required (training provided) High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred (Psychology, Education, or related field) Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, patient, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($13-$17/hour based on experience) Paid training and support to obtain RBT certification Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Performance-based bonuses Ongoing supervision and mentorship Opportunities for advancement within the company Positive and collaborative work environment Schedule Monday to Thursday 8:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-12:00/2:00
Work Setting In-clinic Pay:
