Build a career that changes lives Employment Opportunities Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) At the Autism Center of North Mississippi, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are clinical leaders who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. In this role, you will use your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment programs that promote skill development, independence, and improved quality of life. BCBAs are responsible for conducting assessments, developing data-driven treatment plans, and monitoring client progress to ensure effective outcomes. You will provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members, maintaining high standards of care and clinical integrity. This position also involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to support consistency across settings and empower those involved in each client's care. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. We are seeking dedicated professionals who value compassionate care, evidence-based practice, and continuous growth. Education:
Must have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Must have a current/active Mississippi BCBA Certification to apply. 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required.

Registered Behavior Technician Candidates should have experience working with children and a desire to help them learn and be the best they can be. During our training program, you will learn about ABA and how to implement the principles to help move children toward their goals. Because these children depend on you, a strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude are keys to success! All RBT candidates must be able to pass the Registered Behavior Technician exam following training. In this role as an ABA therapist, you will: Apply ABA principles consistently in all client interactions, including implementing educational and behavioral plans. Function as an active treatment team member, working with other behavior technicians, Behavior Analysts, and the family to implement the client's treatment plan. Teach clients language, academic, social, and self-help skills and have fun doing so! Take direction from others and receive constructive feedback positively Complete data collection and session notes in a detailed, accurate and timely manner Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Actively participate in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills Maintain confidentiality about clients, families, and center by abiding by all HIPAA regulations

Mental Health Professionals Our Mental Health Service program is designed to care for those experiencing mental or emotional illness, symptoms, or disorders. We work extensively with qualified providers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to create and implement effective treatment programs. Our services are specialized in (but are not limited to) children and adolescents who are struggling with the following: Autism Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Oppositional Defiant Disorder Anxiety Disorders Bullying Adjusting to divorce or change in family structure Our mental health treatment professionals work collaboratively with the parents and caregivers of the children we serve. We aim to work within the family structure, so the parents or caregivers feel equipped to support their child.

Executive Director - Healthcare Operations (ABA Clinic) About Us The Autism Center of North Mississippi is a nonprofit, in-clinic ABA provider serving children with autism and related developmental needs. We currently serve 40+ clients with a growing waitlist of 100+ children and are focused on expanding access while maintaining high clinical quality and operational excellence. Why This Role Matters This position directly impacts access to care for children with autism in North Mississippi. The right leader will help expand services while ensuring the organization remains financially sustainable and operationally strong. Position Summary We are seeking an Executive Director with strong healthcare operations experience to lead our organization's growth, financial sustainability, and team performance. This is not a purely administrative or fundraising role. The Executive Director will oversee clinic operations, financial performance, staffing efficiency, and leadership development in a Medicaid-based service model. Key Responsibilities Organizational Leadership Lead and manage Clinical Director (BCBA) and Admin/Billing functions Establish clear performance expectations and accountability systems Maintain strong organizational culture and team retention Financial Oversight Manage budget, revenue cycle performance, and cost structure Monitor key metrics such as: Payroll % of revenue Revenue per billable hour Utilization and productivity Ensure financial sustainability within Medicaid reimbursement constraints Operational Performance Oversee clinic efficiency, including: Staff scheduling and utilization Client attendance and service delivery Partner with clinic staff to improve: RBT utilization Delivered vs. authorized hours Growth & Strategy Develop and execute a plan to serve more clients from the waitlist Align staffing, scheduling, and operational capacity with growth goals External Leadership Serve as liaison to Board of Directors Support fundraising, donor engagement, and community relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nonprofit management, or related field 5+ years of leadership experience in: Healthcare operations, outpatient clinics, behavioral health, or similar Strong financial management experience (budgeting, cost control, KPI tracking) Experience managing teams and developing leaders Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance Preferred Qualifications Experience in ABA, autism services, or therapy-based care Experience working with Medicaid-funded services Multi-site or clinic management experience Familiarity with Medicaid billing and insurance processes For this position only, please send your resume and cover letter to autismcenterofnorthms@gmail.com.
