About Peach Tree Clinic:
Peach Tree Pediatric Therapy Center, located in Bozeman, Billings, Missoula, and Portland Oregon, is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, offering therapeutic services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. Our unique multidisciplinary approach combines different therapeutic orientations to create reliable and effective treatment plans for children with diverse therapeutic needs.

Bozeman Clinic Job Summary:
We are searching for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about working with special needs children one on one, and face to face. Not an RBT? Peach Tree Clinic is also willing to consider providing RBT training for the right professional and motivated candidate. RBTs will provide 1:1 intensive behavioral interventions rooted in principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under the close supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear ability to learn intervention techniques, respond to feedback regarding performance, work professionally and respectfully with families and other team members, communicate effectively in both written, electronic, and verbal interactions with families and coworkers, and manage their time efficiently to meet all project task deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with families about their children's progress Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children Work with the treatment team to help children achieve individualized communication and early learning goals Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities Maintain a positive and professional attitude Demonstrate an understanding of acceptable procedures and techniques Recognize problems and suggest solutions Record, compile, interpret, and communicate data/results Other duties as assigned Benefits include: Web-based learning modules in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Ability to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician credential from the

18 years of age or older High School Diploma, required Bachelor's degree in Psychology/related field, preferred Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, preferred Ability to pass FBI fingerprinting and criminal background check
