We are currently hiring Traveling Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to serve clients in: Livingston & Big Timber, MT Belgrade & Big Sky, MT If you have a passion for helping children and want to work with a supportive team dedicated to changing lives, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Gain:

Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 intensive ABA therapy in-clinic, in-home, and in community settings Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect accurate data throughout sessions to measure progress Document daily progress with clear written and verbal communication Support BCBAs with caregiver training and treatment implementation Maintain a safe, supportive environment for every client Bring positivity, patience, and enthusiasm to each session Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Travel between communities such as Big Timber, Livingston, Belgrade, and Big Sky Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred (We will consider candidates with a high school diploma and 1+ year experience working with children.)
