  • PTO, paid holidays, and paid sick time Future BCBA Pathway Many of our clinical leaders started as RBTs. AACT provides mentorship, supervised fieldwork opportunities, and career development support for employees pursuing BCBA certification. What You'll Do
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic settings
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and record session data
  • Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training Qualifications Required
  • RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification with company support
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to successfully pass all required background screenings
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Ability to work with children and families in a variety of settings Preferred
  • Experience working with children
