Job Description
Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school district near Brunswick County for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is ideal for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with school-based special education and behavioral teams. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and/or small-group behavioral support to students Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA-based strategies Collect and document behavioral data Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff Support students throughout the school day as needed Qualifications Active RBT certification Previous experience working with children or students with behavioral needs preferred School-based or special education experience is a plus Strong communication, patience, and behavior-management skills Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) options Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Interested in learning more?
