Hours :
Morning hours Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting. Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision. Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET). Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains. Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same- day SOAP notes. Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members. Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies. Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required. Must be a motivated team player, and exercise patience/professionalism Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills both oral and written Must have Verifiable work references and pass a background check Minimum of 6 months experience utilizing ABA therapy, working with individuals with autism in a supervised setting PREFERRED
