About the
Role:
As a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA, you will join our passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. With a focus on collaboration, personal growth, and client success, you will thrive in our supportive environment and commitment to professional development. $85 - $100/hour compensation package includes flexible schedules, performance bonuses, professional development stipends, and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required LBA-NC certification required Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
