Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who values collaboration, enjoys working with both families and technicians, and is excited by the idea of helping bring services to a new area. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities :
Provide direct BCBA supervision and oversight Deliver high-quality parent training Support, train, and guide behavior technicians Play a key role in launching POPS services in a new area Help build connections with referral sources such as pediatricians and community partners This role offers the chance to grow with us as we establish our presence in a new region. You'll be part of something from the ground up, with the support of a leadership team that's committed to clinical excellence and team development. The structure of this role has been designed with long-term potential in mind. Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfort working independently and as part of a team Interest in outreach and developing community relationships
