We're looking for compassionate, reliable team members who enjoy working with kids and value variety in their workday. Position Overview Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA Collect data and complete session documentation Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity Travel between clinics and client homes as required Position Requirements Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification High school diploma or GED required Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Benefits (Full-Time RBT) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance. 401(k) with Company Match.
Cell Phone Bill Stipend:
eleven dollars and fifty nine cents per pay period (Bi-weekly). Extra four dollars and fifty cents earning potential by actively participating in the Go-Getter-Guild Program- (Eligible to participate after 90 days of employment).
