Pastel ABA Group is a clinician-owned and operated ABA practice serving children and families throughout the Charlotte area. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our leadership understands ABA from the field—not just from an administrative perspective. Your Clinical Voice Matters We respect the knowledge, experience, and professional judgment our clinicians bring to the team. As a BCBA with Pastel ABA Group, you will provide clinical oversight for home-based ABA services throughout the Charlotte area.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and reassessments Developing and updating individualized treatment plans Creating behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs Reviewing client data and adjusting programming as needed Supervising, training, and supporting RBTs/BTs Providing caregiver and parent training Collaborating with families and members of the client's care team Monitoring client progress and treatment integrity Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensuring services meet BACB, state, payer, and organizational requirements Qualifications Active BCBA certification Active North Carolina Behavior Analyst License or ability to obtain licensure Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Ability to effectively supervise and support RBTs/BTs Ability to work independently in home and community settings Reliable transportation for local travel throughout the Charlotte area Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized care You May Be aGreat Fit If You:
