Job Description

At Sunny Skies ABA, we believe meaningful progress happens when therapy is compassionate, individualized, and rooted in respect for each child and family. We are passionate about providing ethical, high-quality ABA services while fostering a supportive and uplifting environment for both our clients and our team. We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in children's lives and values collaboration, integrity, and growth. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 direct therapy to children and individuals with developmental differences, including autism, in a daycare or in-home setting Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA using evidence-based ABA principles Collect accurate session data to track progress and support meaningful clinical decisions Support the development of communication, social, play, and daily living skills Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when appropriate, always with dignity and respect Maintain clear, timely, and ethical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure consistency and high-quality care Uphold Sunny Skies ABA's commitment to ethical practice, safety, and client-centered services Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities What We're Looking For Active RBT certification through the BACB or eligibility and willingness to obtain certification Experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities (ASD experience preferred) A solid understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior-support strategies Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, team-oriented environment Experience in special education, behavioral health, or related fields is a plus Why Sunny Skies ABA? Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
