Job Description
Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a bilingual BCBA to lead individualized ABA care and strengthen communication with clients, caregivers, and community partners. The required second language and proficiency expectations are based on the assigned market and client population. What You Will Do Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates. Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical need. Supervise and train RBTs and BTs using clear, practical feedback. Provide caregiver guidance using the required language when appropriate. Coordinate care with schools, providers, and internal teams. Maintain timely documentation and comply with BACB, payer, privacy, and state requirements. Promote culturally responsive and respectful communication throughout service delivery. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. NC LBA. Live in or within 40 miles of NC. Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Professional proficiency in English and the additional language required for the assigned market. Experience with treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver collaboration. Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication.
