What You'll Do Conduct FBAs and design individualized, data-driven ABA programming Oversee treatment plans and ensure compliance with insurance mandates Supervise and mentor RBTs with ethical, effective feedback Facilitate parent training to strengthen family success Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and support 8-12 clients Ideally be available M-F from 8.30-5.30 Collaborate with fellow supervisors to maintain high-quality services Manage your caseload schedule (we handle the RBT scheduling for you!) What You Bring BCBA certification through the BACB (required) 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred) Strong communication skills and a passion for ABA A reliable vehicle and proof of insurance Benefits & Perks Competitive pay (hourly or salary options) with incentives for exceeding contracted hours Paid time off
