Vacation Voucher ($500) What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record client data Support communication, social, and daily living skill development Build positive relationships with clients and families Requirements Must have completed the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework, be currently enrolled in the coursework, or be willing to begin the training provided by the company upon hire. Must receive RBT certification within 60 days of client assignment Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain required certifications and training (e.g., First Aid) Reliable transportation and a valid, clear driver's license Availability for afternoon/evening hours Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Passion for working with children Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances Work authorization required in the United States This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, transitioning with clients, lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds, and traveling between service locations, as applicable.
