PM Service Setting:

In-Home - Durham, NC 27703 The days and times listed represent the availability required for this position and do not guarantee a specific work schedule, client assignment, or minimum number of hours. Actual schedules and assignments are based on client needs, service authorizations, cancellations, staffing, and operational needs. While this position requires Monday-Friday availability during the times listed above, occasional Saturday availability may be required based on client or operational needs. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or equivalent required ABA experience preferred Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the Durham 27703 service area Comfortable providing ABA services in a client's home Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Ability to work independently while maintaining appropriate communication with supervising clinicians Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Depending on client and service needs, the position may involve remaining physically active throughout sessions; sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and transitioning between positions; and responding promptly and safely to client movement and behavior.
