Job Description

Take the next step in your career supporting students in an educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! This contract opportunity provides the chance to make a meaningful impact on students from Kindergarten through 12th grade within a welcoming and dynamic school environment. This full-time position is available immediately and will run through June 10, 2027, offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. You'll bring your expertise and leadership by supervising a dedicated contractor and collaborating with staff to deliver high-quality behavioral and educational support. Your skills will help shape positive outcomes for students across a diverse caseload, including those with autism and other disabilities. What we're looking for: Masters degree and active BCBA certification (required) Prior experience as a BCBA, especially in a school environment, is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to supervise and support other professionals Direct experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or autism Outstanding communication and collaboration skills Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate Key responsibilities include: Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans Providing ongoing training, consultation, and supervision to staff, including one contractor under your guidance Tracking student progress and maintaining thorough documentation Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success Ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards If you're looking for a rewarding assignment where your expertise is highly valued and you can make a daily impact, we invite you to apply today.
