This full-time, contract-based position offers the chance to work with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, fostering growth and positive change in their educational journey. The assignment will run through June 10, 2027, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree and current BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience supporting children, ideally including individuals with disabilities or autism Prior experience as a BCBA within a school setting is a plus Skilled in supervising and supporting other professionalsprior supervisory experience highly desirable Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies and support plans Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for a diverse caseload of K-12th grade students Provide direct and consultative services to staff, students, and families Supervise, mentor, and support one onsite contractor to ensure high-quality service delivery Conduct functional behavior assessments and utilize data-driven decision-making Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and administrators to promote inclusive practices and positive outcomes for all students This onsite position provides the unique opportunity to support and inspire students and staff in a vibrant learning environment.
