  • 105,000 Total Compensation + Additional Bonus Potential Full-Time | Primarily Clinic-Based | Leadership Growth Opportunity Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Fayetteville, NC clinic.

  • 105,000 total compensation Additional bonus potential for exceeding billable expectations Leadership track for high-performing clinicians Typical caseload of approximately 9 clients Ethical billable expectations Paid training Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays CEU and professional development support Strong Support Structure Our BCBAs are supported by: Regional Director Clinical Director Lead RBTs Office Manager Administrative Support Staff Intake and Billing Teams Primary Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Support clinic initiatives and promote clinical excellence Schedule This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs.
Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness. Hybrid flexibility may be considered for candidates able to maintain at least 50% onsite presence. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Eligible to practice in North Carolina Prior ABA clinical experience preferred Leadership or supervision experience preferred but not required Apply today to join a mission-driven organization committed to helping children with autism achieve independence and confidence.
