full-time Make a Meaningful Difference as a BCBAWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing individualized ABA treatment programs, analyzing clinical data, supervising behavior technicians, providing caregiver training, and collaborating with families and other professionals to help clients reach meaningful goals.



What You'll DoConduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical assessments.



Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.



Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.



Review and analyze behavioral data to measure client progress.



Make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.



Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs and other ABA staff.



Train and mentor direct-care team members.



Provide caregiver training and support.



Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals.



Complete progress reports, treatment notes, assessments, and other required documentation.



Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.



Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and professional development.



What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.



Current BCBA certification through the BACB.State licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required.



Experience providing ABA services preferred.



Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.



Strong communication, leadership, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.



Ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
