Job Description

Lighthouse CH is seeking an Experienced Behavior Technician to provide Christ-centered behavioral support to children, teens, and families in Delray Beach. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans, provide one-on-one and small group interventions, document progress, and collaborate with clinicians, ministry staff, and families. You'll model positive coping skills, reinforce goals, and help clients build healthier patterns. This is an on-site, client-facing position ideal for someone with strong behavioral skills who desires to live out their faith in a compassionate, community-focused ministry. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior support plans under clinical guidance Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to children, teens, and families Collect and document accurate behavior and progress data after each session Collaborate with clinicians, ministry staff, and families to adjust care strategies Support clients in building positive coping skills and healthy behavior patterns Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Integrate Christian faith and ministry values into daily client interactions Assist with outreach or group programs as part of the ministry's community services Monitor client safety and use de-escalation techniques when needed Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Behavior data collection and documentation Behavior intervention implementation Crisis de-escalation techniques Electronic health record or case management systems Care plan implementation Client and family education HIPAA and confidentiality compliance Basic counseling and motivational interviewing skills Collaboration with clinical and ministry teams
