Position Summary You'll join the clinical team to provide ABA services, develop treatment plans, and oversee care delivery for pediatric clients. This is a full-time opportunity located in the greater Raleigh area with flexible options including hybrid, telehealth, and in-person services. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis Adjust treatment plans based on outcomes Collaborate with families and caregivers Provide parent training and ongoing support Participate in team meetings and support program improvements Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans Strong understanding of ABA principles and interventions Experience supervising RBTs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Commitment to ethical and professional standards Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic health record systems Experience in parent training and family support Experience with verbal behavior, social skills training, or complex cases Why Work With Talera?
