We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Goldsboro, NC, USA . About the
Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collecting and recording data on client behavior Assisting clients in developing new skills and reducing problem behaviors Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress
Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelor's degree preferred) One year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
