9669694-27253 Job Description Step into a fulfilling role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, where your expertise will directly support students in a vibrant educational setting. This contract position is available immediately and runs through June 10, 2027, providing you with long-term stability and the opportunity to make a sustained impact. Youll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule, maintaining a consistent 37.5-hour workweek. The assignment serves a diverse caseload of kindergarten through 12th-grade students, requiring a dynamic approach and the ability to engage with children across a range of ages and developmental needs. Experience in supporting children with disabilities, particularly those with autism, will be highly valued in this position. Youll also take on a supervisory role for one of our team members, so strong leadership and guidance skills are a plus.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Masters degree required Previous experience as a BCBA in a school setting strongly preferred Demonstrated experience working with children and/or children with disabilities Expertise supporting children with autism Supervisory experience or proven ability to oversee others Available to work onsite throughout the contract period
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans for K12 students Oversee and guide the work of a fellow contractor Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Provide staff training and support in implementing behavioral strategies If youre eager to make a difference and bring your clinical and leadership skills to a supportive school environment, apply today.
