Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract position working onsite with K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Graham, NC area. This role offers an opportunity to drive positive outcomes for children, including those with autism and other disabilities, while collaborating with a supportive educational environment. The assignment is part-time and runs from as soon as possible through June 10, 2027, Monday through Friday, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.
Key Qualifications:
Masters Degree and current BCBA certification required Proven experience working with children; experience with children with disabilities and/or autism is preferred Prior BCBA practice in an educational setting is desirable Comfortable and capable of supervising another contractor Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and reporting Must be able to work onsite throughout the duration of the contract
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Oversee and support the implementation of behavior intervention plans across K12 classrooms Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services to students and staff Supervise and provide clinical oversight to one other behavioral contractor Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support personnel Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports for cases assigned Consult with families and educators to ensure continuity and quality of support Experience the fulfillment of making an impact in school-based behavioral healthand work in an environment where your expertise is highly valued.
