Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Skills and Qualifications:

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
