Behavior Technician (BT) - RBT Training Provided Not RBT certified yet? No problem! Amaze ABA Therapy provides access to the required 40-hour RBT training course, along with supervision and support throughout the certification process. RBT training and certification are required. All Behavior Technicians must obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 120 days of hire. Requirements Must complete the required RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire Experience working with children is preferred; autism experience is a plus Reliable transportation Consistent and professional availability Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn Passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills RBT Certification Amaze ABA Therapy provides access to the required 40-hour RBT training course and support throughout the certification process. Employees are responsible for the initial BACB application and RBT exam fees. These fees are reimbursed after the employee becomes RBT certified and completes 90 days of client services. Job Summary As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will: Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect accurate session data and document client progress Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care Participate in ongoing supervision and training We are looking for dependable and compassionate individuals who are ready to learn, grow, complete the RBT certification process, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
