Employees are responsible for the initial BACB application and RBT exam fees. These fees are reimbursed after the employee becomes RBT certified and completes 90 days of client services. Job Summary As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
