Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Center-Based | Monday-Friday | Day Shift | 30+ Hours/Week Autism 360 is hiring entry-level Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians who are ready to start or grow their career in ABA. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a structured center setting. You will help implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support children as they build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will work closely with your BCBA and team to help each child reach meaningful goals. What We're Looking For Active RBT certification or previous ABA experience as a Behavior Technician. Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings. Physical ability to stay active throughout the day, including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving between sitting, standing, walking, and running as needed.
