Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in a school setting preferred Strong data analysis and progress monitoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop tailored BIPs for students Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure fidelity of implementation Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to school personnel Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as needed
