HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in Holly Springs, NC and surrounding communities. This opportunity includes part-time and full-time availability , flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will help children build essential communication, social, and daily living skills through structured teaching and positive reinforcement.

You will:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Provide direct therapy in home-based settings Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions Communicate progress with your supervising BCBA Complete timely session notes and documentation Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions available Afternoon and after-school hours (Monday-Friday) Optional weekend availability based on client needs 15-25+ hours per week depending on availability and caseload

Compensation:
