Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$90,000 - $107,000 annually (based on experience and caseload) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development stipend and CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement (field cases) Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Track client progress using data-driven methods and adjust programming accordingly Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with BACB ethics guidelines and company standards Required Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programming Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience in clinic-based and home-based ABA service delivery across multiple sites Familiarity with North Carolina communities and local school district collaboration Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience with early intervention (ages 2-6) populations Ready to help children Blossom?
