Train Behavior Technicians, family or caregivers, and other individuals on ABA treatment plans and how to implement treatment plans Communicate program changes to caregivers and ABA team Provide 1 on 1 ABA therapy for clients within assigned caseload, as needed and recommended in treatment plans Act as a liaison between Behavior Technicians, family or caregivers, and other service providers Conduct supervision for clients within your assigned caseload Monitor weekly progress and present updates Update and maintain programs
