Maintain accurate data collection to track client progress (training provided). Participate in supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings as needed. Collaborate with your BCBA and team members to deliver the highest quality of care. Contribute to a supportive, connected team dedicated to each child's growth. What We're Looking For RBT Certification or 40 hour certificate (Required)

Experience:

Prior experience as a Behavior Therapist or experience working with children (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills: written and verbal Ability to pass a background check A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach Join a workplace where you're supported, appreciated, and empowered to grow.
