Job Description
Primary Duties:
Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans as assigned. Support clients during group activities, classroom instruction, and therapeutic sessions. Monitor behaviors and use approved de-escalation and behavior management strategies. Collect and document behavioral data, progress notes, and incident reports. Assist clients with coping skills, social skills, and daily routines. Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Collaborate with clinicians, teachers, and treatment team members.Qualifications:
Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional needs preferred. Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, education, or a related field required, OR a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional needs.
