BCBA Basic Accountability Statement:
The RBT will provide one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments. RBT's will use interventions written by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA services will be provided in our Compleat KiDZ Pediatric Therapy clinics.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with integrity Coordinate all aspects of BT/RBT onboarding with relevant individuals Identify BT's/RBT's who may need additional training and coordinates with relevant BCBA Shows proficiency to use and teach KURE and ReThink Demonstrates a basic understating of scheduling Coordinate closing and opening the clinic when needed Communicate all relevant information from sessions to the BCBA Relays any relevant information related to families to BCBA/Parent Advocate Coordinates daily aspects of the general day to day running of the clinic (supplies, ordering, maintenance, generalizing stimuli system, etc.) Will be one of the individuals receiving daily callouts Recognizing and teaching in the moment skills that are required to promote treatment integrity, progress, and BT/RBT skill development Responsible for helping to foster a positive work environment Provide direct care treatment for learners on a weekly basis
Position Requirements:
Lead RBT's may be required to provide services in more than one clinic Required to deliver 22 billable hours each week Required to deliver 8 hours of training notes each week Flexibility is required Pass a Background Check RBT certified, First Aid certified, and CPR certified
Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Working Environment:
This job operates in an outpatient clinic environment. Travel between clinics may be required if RBT is servicing more than one clinic.
