• 22 per hour Full-Time | Afternoon Availability Required A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team.

Our clinicians provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to help them develop communication, social, and life skills that support independence and long-term success. • 20/hour) Paid training and support obtaining RBT certification Flexible scheduling options Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement within the company Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians Record and track therapy data during sessions Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings Maintain professional communication with families and team members Work Environment ABA therapy sessions may occur in several settings, including: Client homes Clinic playrooms Schools or daycare settings Community environments Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Availability to work with clients until at least 5:30 PM Preferred Experience working with children Interest in psychology, behavioral science, or special education Certification Candidates must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within three weeks of hire.
