Registered Behavior Technician Are you looking for a change in your work environment? Looking to join a team of others driven to continue growing within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis? Looking to help new learners grow their independence skills? Looking for a place that engages in neurodivergent affirming practices? Here are Enspirit Healthcare, they are dedicated to ensuring we are implementing all evidence-based and individual programs for our learners. Introduction Enspirit Healthcare is looking for those who are motivated to help our learners grow their skills while using Applied Behavior Analysis. At Enspirit Healthcare we prioritize staying up to date with the most recent research and scientific based ABA programs. We create new learning opportunities for our staff to be able to individualize their RBT Skill sets. We also understand the importance of building positive supervision support and communication with BCBAs. Which is why we have developed the RBT mentor program to help RBTs individualize their career goals. We want to be able to ensure our RBTs feel supported both in and out of session. Our team wants to celebrate our learners wins as well as of staffs wins.
