Job Description
Overview We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive team in Mooresville, NC and surrounding areas. This would be part time Monday through Friday. As one of our founding RBTs, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our company culture and clinical pratices from the ground up. You'll experience accelerated career growth as we expand, while making a meaningful difference in children's lives and celebrating the small steps that lead to significant progress. You'll be instrumental in building a culture that values growth, support, and positive engagement. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBAs Collect and record accurate behavioral data Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures Collaborate with clinical team members and families Document session notes and maintain client records Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Required Qualifications RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (paid training provided) High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Passion for working with children with special needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation for home-based services Basic computer skills for documentation What Makes Us Different At Adaptive Pediatrics, we believe in creating a supportive team environment where every member can thrive.
