Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in Mount Airy, NC and surrounding areas (Dobson, Pilot Mountain, Elkin, King) . ABA What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Track and record client progress using data collection tools Support skill development (communication, social, daily living skills) Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team

Requirements:

Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain•we provide support) Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related) Spanish-speaking candidates preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and organizational skills High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
