Monday-Friday, School Hours Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in a school setting in Raeford, NC. In this role, you will work directly with students exhibiting behavioral and developmental needs, helping them achieve their educational and behavioral goals through individualized support and interventions. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by the educational team. Collect and document behavioral data accurately. Support students in developing social, communication, and daily living skills. Assist with classroom activities and transitions throughout the school day. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success. Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Behavioral Technician (BT) High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children preferred. Ability to follow behavior support plans and collect data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Current RBT certification preferred but not required as this is a non-registered BT role without BCBA supervision Experience implementing ABA-based interventions preferred. Experience working with children in educational or behavioral health settings. Preferred Experience Special education classroom support. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
