The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. We are seeking full time and part time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance CEU Paid time off $80-$100 hourly rate Duties of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches. Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies. Collect and analyze research data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific behavioral challenges and recommend appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in behavior or circumstances. Skills Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficient in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation methods. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Ability to collect and analyze research data effectively. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt interventions based on client needs.
