- Full-time NCFC is seeking a full time Behavior Tech QP to work in our Day Treatment Program.
Duties include:
Works with the team to develop an individualized Person Centered Plan. Works with the team to implement the treatment plan and assist clients with the management of various behavior issues related to mental health symptoms and teach appropriate social skills in a classroom setting. Continually observes and responds appropriately to clients during academic, recreational and leisure activities. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner in accordance with accreditation and MCO guidelines. Must be able to complete a physical restraint when necessary. May need to assist with transportation. May be asked to work in another location at times to ensure appropriate classroom ratios. Qualified Candidates must have a four year degree in human services field and two years experience with population served or a four year non-human services degree and four years of experience with the population served. Must have a valid NC Driver's License. NCFC is currently offering a $500 signing bonus.Related keywords:
