Behavior Technician (BT)
Salisbury, NC Job Summary:
Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our dynamic team in Salisbury, NC. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients across diverse environments. We offer a competitive pay range of $21.00- $25.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning. Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition. Behavior Technician (BT)Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment. Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients. Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Interest in RBT Certification. Behavior Technician (BT)Benefits and Perks:
